The fourth annual Rib Eating Contest, presented by Fat Larry's, returns to the Bartlett Fall Festival Saturday, Oct. 3, at 1 p.m. The $25 competition is open to everyone, with a cash prize on the line and all proceeds benefiting the Bartlett Police Charitable Foundation.
